NEW YEAR’s EVE MASQUERADE & HOTEL PARTY
31 DECEMBER 2024 – 1 JANUARY 2025
This New Years Eve, The Groove Music Hall at Dominion Raceway and the Tru by Hilton next door will be hosting us AGAIN for our New Years Eve Masquerade and hotel takeover! We have the ENTIRE hotel blocked off for our event; the after party will cover all three residential floors.
***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***
Those who purchase Masquerade tickets will be identified by a wristband. Those wristbands will be REQUIRED to attend the hotel after party. Anyone without a wristband will be asked to leave, regardless of whether they have booked a room.
Themed rooms are HIGHLY encouraged. There will be a $200 cash-prize for best room! (Contest administered by event organizers at their sole discretion)
There are only 75 rooms available in the hotel, so please book early if you want one. Masquerade tickets will be discounted for members with a hotel reservation number for that night.
CURRENT SCHEDULE
- 7:30PM: Orientation for Newcomers to the Lifestyle
- 8PM: Doors Open at The Groove Music Hall
- 9PM DJ Wayne’s 80s, 90s, & 2000s beats
- Cocktails Available for purchase
- Midnight: Countdown to 2024!
- 12:30PM: Masquerade Concludes. Hotel After Party Begins.
- Charcuterie & Pastries Available for Guests
- 3AM: After Party Ends
RULES
- BE FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND OPEN TO MEETING NEW PEOPLE.
- NO POLITICAL DISCUSSIONS. We are here to have fun—not debate politics.
- “NO” MEANS “NO” – CONSENT-BASED INTERACTION ONLY
- A “NO” MUST BE ACCEPTED GRACIOUSLY
- Respect Others’ Preferences
- Everyone is Entitled to Feel Safe
- NO PHOTOS, VIDEOS, OR RECORDINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE DANCE HALL OR AT THE HOTEL—OTHER THAN THE PROVIDED PHOTO BOOTH. If you are behind closed doors, you may take photos:
- All parties must agree to be photographed.
- Taking an unwanted photograph of someone in a private moment can end in criminal action. FAN Club is NOT responsible for any pictures taken without consent or permission.
- ABSOLUTELY NO TOUCHING ANYONE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT VERBAL CONSENT
- This Applies to Every Part of the Body, Including: Hands, Shoulders, Waist, etc.
- NO PHYSICAL ALTERCATIONS – NO ARGUING – NO DRAMA
- NO ILLICIT SUBSTANCES
- ABSOLUTELY NO PAY FOR PLAY. PERIOD.
- Violators Will Immediately be REMOVED and BANNED from All FAN Club Events.
- BE RESPECTFUL OF VENUE STAFF, HOTEL STAFF, and VOLUNTEERS AT ALL TIMES
- No fraternization with security or hotel staff; they are not a part of our group.
- THE GROOVE MUSIC HALL
- Beer/Cocktails Available for Purchase – No Outside Food or Drinks
- No Nudity or Sex Acts at the Masquerade
- HOTEL ROOMS
- No smoking or vaping.
- BYOB, including mixers, for the hotel only. FAN Club does not sell any liquor as we do not have a liquor license. Please only take drinks from members or people that you trust, FAN Club will not be held liable if someone drinks to the point of excess and must be removed or if someone tampers with a drink left alone.
- BYOC: Please BRING EXTRA TOWELS IF NEEDED. NO SEX acts in the hotel’s public areas.
- We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bringing a WATERPROOF BED COVER.
- No Nudity Outside Hotel Rooms – Attendees MUST be Covered in Some Way in ALL Hallways and Other Public Areas.
- Closed Room Doors = No Invitation
- Open Room Doors = Permission to Enter (OBSERVE ONLY) – To TOUCH/PARTICIPATE You MUST Obtain Clear and Unambiguous Permission
- Do not discuss our event with anyone not wearing a wristband, hotel employees, or in public hotel areas where outsiders might be present. The decision on if you were discussing OUR event will remain solely with the event organizers.
- NO PERMANENT ALTERATIONS NOR DAMAGE TO THE HOTEL ROOMS
- As with any hotel stay, the hotel will charge YOU for damages including smoke, burns, broken items, or unusually soiled items. Remember this when decorating your room. No glitter, smoke machines etc. We highly encourage some type of waterproof cover for the hotel bed. FAN Club will not be responsible for any additional room costs for anything that happens inside of a hotel room.
- ALL SINGLE MALES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE HOSTS -OR- SPONSORED BY A COUPLE
- Sponsorship Groups MUST Check-In Together
- The Sponsoring Couple Are Responsible for Their Behavior
- THERE WILL BE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR BREAKING ANY RULES
- If Someone Makes You feel Uncomfortable – Please Report to Event Staff or Security Staff; NOT Venue or Hotel Staff.
- NO REFUNDS FOR THOSE REMOVED FOR MISBEHAVIOR
- ATTENDEES MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT
- EVENT ORGANIZERS MAINTAIN FINAL DISCRETION OVER ATTENDANCE
- WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE MASQUERADE AND THE AFTER PARTY
- Anyone without a wristband will be removed.
- Wristbands and party check in starts at 8PM @ the entrance of the music hall.
- LEAVE YOUR GUN AT HOME!
